Features and scope of application:

H13 has excellent polishing performance, easy cutting, high toughness and ductility.The material thickness is consistent with transverse strength, good heat resistance and suitable for aluminum, zinc and alloy extrusion die.It is used in forging die, hot extrusion die and die forging die.Cast mould for aluminum, copper and its alloy.

The steel has high hardenability and high toughness;Excellent thermal cracking resistance, water cooling in the workplace;It has moderate wear resistance and can be used to improve its surface hardness by using carburizing or nitrification process, but it can be used to reduce the anti-thermal cracking ability.Because of its low carbon content, the secondary hardening ability is poor in tempering.Has the ability to resist softening under high temperature, but using a temperature higher than 540 ℃, the hardness of the rate of decline;Small deformation of heat treatment;Medium and high cutting machinability;Intermediate resistance to decarbonization.

USES:

Mechanical properties:

Heat treatment process

Heat treatment: (delivery status: brinell hardness HBW10/3000 (235) less than or equal to), quenching: 790 + 15 degrees preheating, 1000 (salt bath) or 1010 degrees (furnace atmosphere) + - 6 degrees heat, heat preservation 5 ~ 15 min air cooling, 550 + - 6 degrees tempering;Annealing, hot processing;
